SELECTION PROCESS ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF


GENERAL PURPOSE

Define an appropriate procedure for the selection of staff, that can be applied in business and companies that require it.


SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES


  • Investigate the theoretical origin of the selection process.
  • Identify core activities for conducting a selection process.
  • Define the methodology to describe the procedure for "Selection of Administrative Personnel"
  • Documenting the process of "Administrative Personnel Selection"

INTRODUCTION

The integration of personnel is one of the crucial roles of managers, layers in determining the success or failure of a company, in this process the area of integration of personnel and has a substantial body of knowledge and experience.

This paper attempts to define from the administrative function of integration of personnel, proper selection procedure administrative staff, integrating and graphically describe the core activities to be performed to carry out a proper process.
