INTRODUCTION

It is quite important to have a good work environment, since not only the employee’s labor depends on it, but also does his/her understanding of what is around him/her. Besides, it influences personal relationships and facilitate a person’s will to do his labor appropriately and, therefore, it is reflected through his/her efficiency and also by means of his/her behaviors.

It is significant to mention that 78% of the way we express ourselves is done by means of gestures which influence our personal appearance and are visible in both the internal and the external customers of an enterprise, reflecting their emotions and thoughts without pronouncing a word.

This is the reason why we want to highlight the importance of having good organizational climate, since the success of an organization depends on it.

General objective

To observe the state of an organization with respect to the interpersonal relationships among its contributors.

Specific objectives:

To verify periodically, with the support of some psychologists, the interpersonal relationships that workers handle at their workplace.

To motivate staff to intervene in trouble solving through dialogue, looking for efficient and opportune outcomes that contribute to the organization’s growth.

To teach the staff how to use the adequate place and means to express uncomfortable situations and give them opportune solutions so that they motivate themselves in order to develop their job satisfactorily.

METHODOLOGY

To count on highly qualified staff, who can listen to the worker’s uncomfortable situations and also implement solutions that contribute to his/her personal and professional development.

To facilitate the employees’ interaction among themselves by means of workshops and didactic aids.

To teach, through the use of funny activities, how to manage adequate means and places where we have a voice opportunely.
